Getting a good night's sleep is not a luxury, it's a necessity. I understand how hard it is to do day to day things on broken sleep but it doesn't have to be that way. I'm a mother before I'm a sleep consultant, & I would never recommend you do something for your baby I wouldn't do for my own children. I sleep trained using the same methods I have to offer you & believe I became a better mother for it! I believe we are all better people when we are well rested. I've always been a great lover of sleep, & when I became a mother I became extra aware of just how important sleep was to me. I hired a sleep consultant to get my oldest son sleeping through the night, and a passion was born when we were all getting consistent good, safe sleep. I pride myself on being a gentle, empathetic mother and vow to treat my clients and their babies in the same way.
